Small window of opportunity
Red Alert means: Stay Home, Await Word.
If the nation escalates to "red alert," which is the highest in the color-coded
readiness against terror, you will be assumed by authorities to be the enemy if
you so much as venture outside your home."
After careful study, I see we have a window of opportunity to get to our refuges before Red Alert status of the country. I also learned that one telltale sign for knowing Martial Law is around the corner is to watch our military deployments. The heightened timeframe is when the majority of our troops is out of the country. With the new Afghan War on the rise, we must watch the stats on the numbers of our troops being sent out. Once the majority of them are deployed, Martial Law will be immanent.
Also, we must remember that Martial Law will not start out as Red Alert as to not cause mass hysteria. They are seeking to structure it as to benefit their capabilities. Currently, as you read in the file, FEMA has about 10,000 workers and an unknown number of sub-groups and agencies. Their focus will be the Metropolitan Areas in the country. One thing that stood out in the file was their 2009 budget. FEMA's budget is roughly around 6.5 Billion annually. And as we just learned in H.R. 645, they are going to be awarded an additional 360 Million dollars. So, something is going on, something is brewing in which they are preparing for.
As you learned in the file also is their strategy. We now know that FEMA does not take the lead in Martial Law, but our Governors and local and state agencies is the first tier of their protocol.
Once we hear our Governor's announcement as to the instructions of such event, that is our time to move. Directly after the state and local agencies has secured the population, FEMA will come in with a televised Presidential Report. The military, (foreign UN Troops) will then infiltrate our streets, borders will close and all rights and law will be void, meaning we will be under military law.
The rise of Patriot acts and resistance will trigger a Red Alert status and our goal is to be in our refuges before this occurs. I urge you all to begin purchasing supplies if you haven't already. Many of our members have bought travel trailers and are stocking them with everything they will need. I think this is the way to go. Trailers and RV's will accommodate our comfort and keep us out of the elements. Another thing to consider..... buy gas now while it's cheap. Store it but do not store it in a visible place.
During Martial Law, they can basically confiscate food storage, gas storage and the like. Ideally, travel would begin in the early morning as there will be a curfew.
My gut is telling me that 2009 is the year we will see these things. Obama has indicated that the year will "get worse" before it gets better. And now, with the news as to all the pork programs getting the stimulus package truly tells us that they are preparing for a disaster or national emergency.
